If you ordered products from us before 2024 and need spare parts.

If you purchased a product from us before 2024 and require spare parts, please provide the following documents. If you have any questions regarding your order, do not hesitate to contact us. The more information you provide, the faster and more accurately we can process your request:

  • -  Order number – the fastest way to trace the order and simplify the process.
  • -  Order specification in general – Product identification: by submitting the order, invoice, or inspection label. Description of the defect: please describe in as much detail as possible why you are claiming the product. Attach photos or videos (used to assess the claim and, if necessary, propose repair and secure the required spare parts). Customer’s request for claim handling: repair (service) / return, etc. Contact person and address where the product is located.
  • -  Product type – photo of the complete product.
  • -  Manufacturer/Type label of our product – if available, usually located near the control panel; in cooling products inside the compressor compartment.
  • -  Component type label – e.g., in refrigeration equipment, for precise identification of condensers, refrigerants, and other parts for replacement.
  • -  Specific spare part: gasket – photo with clearly measured dimensions using a ruler (measured height and width values).

 

 

Why is this information important? It naturally depends on which component you are requesting, but the most essential data are the order number and product photos with type labels. For gaskets, a photo with measurement is indispensable. Some projects required individual solutions or non-standard requests, and therefore standard spare parts or commonly used components may not apply. By sending photos and all available information, you help us find the correct spare part and ensure that your product remains fully functional.
