- Documents for the
order – the fastest way to locate the job and facilitate the
process by providing the order number, invoice, inspection label, and contact
person.
- Product type –
photo of the complete product.
- Manufacturer/Type
label of our product – if available, usually located near the control
panel; in cooling products inside the compressor compartment.
- Component type label –
e.g., in refrigeration equipment, for precise identification of condensers,
refrigerants, and other parts for replacement.
- Specific spare part:
gasket – photo with clearly measured dimensions using a ruler
(measured height and width values).
Why is this information
important? It naturally depends on which component you are requesting,
but the most essential data are the order number and product photos with type
labels. For gaskets, a photo with measurement is indispensable. Some projects
required individual solutions or non-standard requests, and therefore standard
spare parts or commonly used components may not apply. By sending photos and
all available information, you help us find the correct spare part and ensure
that your product remains fully functional.
