As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services and customer care, we have introduced a new feature – QR code labeling for our products, particularly cooling and heating equipment.
What exactly does this QR code mean? By scanning the code, you will be instantly directed to a specific page on our website that relates precisely to the product you have purchased. This page provides all key documents in digital format – especially the latest datasheet and user manual. You no longer need to store paper manuals or search for information – everything is available at a single click, and always in the most up-to-date version.
What information is included on the el. label? You’ll find your order number – making communication, warranty claims, or ordering spare parts much easier. The label also contains specific performance data of the product. It is an essential label and is always affixed to the unit.
Where is all this located? The exact placement depends on the type of equipment, but typically, both labels are placed together inside the product. For cooling units, they are usually found inside the compressor compartment (visible after opening the magnet-held cover), near the control panel of the heating or cooling unit, or elsewhere in an easily accessible location. In a product assembly, they may be found inside a neutral cabinet, as close as possible to the cooling or heating unit – unless specified otherwise.
By introducing this digital solution, we have significantly reduced our paper usage and thus our environmental footprint. It also means greater clarity and convenience for you – whether you want to check technical specs, download a manual, or find available spare parts, everything is readily accessible in one place. And if anything is missing, just visit the contact section and reach out – we’ll be happy to help you.
It may be a small label, but it’s a big step toward a more modern, practical, and sustainable approach.
